We would be glad to assist you with your warranty claim following the Johnny Appleseed Closure. Please read the information below regarding Warranty and how to lodge your claim.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Mounts Australia wants to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you need to return any products, we provide the following options:
- Faulty Items: If your item breaks (excluding general wear and tear) within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can offer a replacement. While we may request the faulty items back, in many cases, we can simplify the process with an email and a photo. RAM Mounts provides a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items with electronics, which carry a 1-3 year warranty depending on the item.
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Lodge:
- Find your Johnny Appleseed GPS Invoice for the RAM item(s) you're claiming under warranty.
- Take an image of the broken component if the defect is visible.
- Send your JA-GPS proof of purchase, image if applicable and a short description of your fault for our team to assess your claim to sales@mounts.net.au
- Await assessment from our team and further instruction.
