We offer fast and reliable delivery across Australia using trusted carriers, including Australia Post (Standard and Express) and StarTrack Express.
Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery service.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Same-Day Dispatch Available
Place your order before 11:00am AEST on a business day, and we’ll dispatch it the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Lead times for RAM Products:
We carry one of the largest ranges of RAM Mounts in stock, with most products readily available for dispatch. However, availability may vary across the full range. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page, and orders may be held until all items are ready to ship.
- "In Stock" – Dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
- "Out of Stock - Available via Special Order" – Estimated lead time of 8–11 weeks.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Mounts Australia wants to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you need to return any products, we provide the following options:
- Faulty Items: If your item breaks (excluding general wear and tear) within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can offer a refund/credit or replacement. While we may request the faulty items back, in many cases, we can simplify the process with an email and a photo. RAM Mounts provides a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items with electronics, which carry a 1-3 year warranty depending on the item.

Unwanted Items: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, we gladly accept such returns for credit within 14 days of item receipt, unless:
- The items have been opened or used.
- The items were special-order items.
- The items were supplied in bulk quantities (e.g. more than 10).
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping Errors: In the case of receiving incorrect items, please inform us as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence by email, such as photos. Missing items will be shipped at our expense, and incorrectly or oversupplied items will be arranged for return at our cost.
